Please be advised the Ansted Sewer Department billing for usage on or after April 20, 2023, will reflect the new rates that were adopted by the Ansted Town Council on December 3, 2020, and approved by the West Virginia Public Service Commision on January 20, 2021.
The bills that will be mailed June 30th will reflect these new rates.
Flat rate per 1,000 gallons used per month $20.10
No bill will be rendered for less than $40.20, which is the equivalent of 2,000 gallons per month at a rate of $20.10 per 1,000 gallons.
The unmetered monthly bill shall be $80.40 per month (based on 4,000 gallons)

New Sewer Service Application
Residents are required to have sewer service through the Ansted Sewer Department and must sign and submit a Sewer Service Application. Deposits for new accounts are $80.
New Sewer Service Applications can be mailed, faxed, emailed, or dropped off at 30 Rich Creek Rd, Ansted, WV 25812.
